A quiet, hospitable campsite. Lovely walking and cycling around the Merode Castle and Merode woods. New toilet facilities and spacious comfort pitches, hardened motorhome pitches.

Travelling party: Couple

Stayed here for two nights on way home. Seemed a bit out of the way. Would be better with bikes. There are a lot of static caravans and tourers. There are two new toilet blocks and a couple of older ones. New toilet blocks were spotless with good shower areas. Need tokens which are given free when booking in. Only four places for motorhomes Each place is quite large with water and electric near. Although on grass, each area has two strips of hard standing for the wheels of the motorhome. No wifi at areas where motorhomes are. Although if you go through gap in the hedge wifi is available. Good large inn at entrance to camp site where you can get a meal or coffee. All in all a good stopover site.
