Travelling party: Couple

Selected due to its proximity to the route to Spain for one night but so good we stayed three nights and didn\'t want to leave. The owners were very helpful and lots of information is provided including files of walks and bike rides you can borrow. We did a bike ride.
Bread can be ordered and is delivered a very morning and there is a good supermarket 5 minutes drive away in the pretty nearby town.
Pitches are a very good size and most seemed to be pretty flat. The site is surrounded by fields of vines and woodland and so has a lovley rural feel.
Good wifi on the pitch and also at the bar. Didn\'t eat here but had a drink and enjoyed the atmosphere. Lots of campers were eating and the menu looked good value.
The pool area had lots of sunbeds and sunshades and was kept very clean.
Stayed in August so discount not available, but excellent value.

Travelling party: Seniors

If it is peace and quiet you want this site ticks every box. Very pleasant staff and bread delivered to your door. Good size pitches. Too cold to use pool, but looked fine. The toilet and shower facilities were exceptionally clean and all clearly very new. There are lovely walks from the site through vine yards and although on roads there is very little traffic. There are no downsides to this site at all.

Used as a 1 night stop over with our caravan but would definitely like to stay again for a bit longer to see more of the area. Easy access, you choose your own pitch. Some pitches a bit uneven. The site is neat & tidy & the owners very friendly also good English is spoken. They have a lovely modern mixed toilet block & showers. We didn\'t use the pool. There are a few ducks etc wandering about which is lovely. The restaurant wasn\'t open on the one night we stayed but we had a drink at the bar which has a nice terrace. The site was very peaceful especially at night apart from the Owls hooting! There is a supermarket about 3 miles away. All in all a lovely site.

Lovely, extremely peaceful site. Lots of vine yards. Good access with large caravan. No lights at night on site, great star gazing. Swimming pool closed with no sign of it opening (20th May). Bread delivered to your door. Owners lovely, very friendly.

Travelling party: Young couple

Travelling party: Couple

A one night visit en route from Spain to Caen. The site is conveniently reached from the motorway and situated in the midst of vineyards along a quiet country lane. Set amongst the trees the pitches (grass) are spacious and many shaded by trees. The toilet and shower facilities are first class. The proprietor speaks English and was most helpful and pleasant. I would recommend this site for a one night stay and also for longer. The countryside and scenery is very attractive, lots of lanes to explore on foot or on bike. At the time of our visit the restaurant and bar was not open but it looked to be a very pleasant place to enjoy a glass of wine

This is our second visit to this site this year and will certainly not be our last. The owners run this site extremely well but with a very laid back attitude which adds to the enjoyment of the stay. Whenever we find ourselves in this area of France this will definitely be our site of choice.

Travelling party: Couple

We spent two nights at this campsite on our way back from Spain in September 2011. The campsite was deserted when we arrived apart from one other unit, but soon after a few others came in for overnight stops. A very peaceful setting ideal for a relaxing break. The goats, the ducks and the dog all came to say hello each day. We left early in the morning about 8.00 so the mosquitoes hadn’t eaten all night and feasted on us.
