Very quiet campsite, close to the village, with large shady pitches, marked out by hedges. It is mainly used as a stopover campsite, but is also very suitable for exploring the natural, beautiful surroundings and towns. Beaune is very much worth the effort.

Travelling party: Seniors

This is the second year we have stayed there both times for 4 days, we like the site and especially the area, it is excellent for cycling and Beaune is a lovely place and is easily within cycling distance as it the supermarket

Travelling party: Couple

Camp site is very tired looking, toilet facilities and showers need to be upgraded. There are only four cubicles in both male and female shower block and several of the shower heads are broken. There seemed to be no regular cleaning carried out and the washing machine was out of service. The whole site was in need of a lot of maintenance.
The plus points are that it is very convenient to walk into Savigny-lès-Beaune which is a pretty little village.

No English spoken by staff even though English translation available on website . Only 1 drinking water tap / hosepipe for whole site.
Electric hook up mainly on grass pitches . I was informed on night of arrival that there would be no electricity that night on the hardstandings but be available the next
day ! Power cut one morning . Site a bit careworn . Lots to see in Beaune area .

Lovely site. The toilets are very clean, nice big pitches. Surrounded by vineyards and set in trees. What makes this campsite is the lovely couple who run it, so helpful and friendly. There is a little bar selling drinks and ice cream. So glad we found it.
