Travelling party: Couple

Delightfulclean site with hot water in showers and heating in shower block. Food excellent and not pre-prepared. Fabulous!

Travelling party: Seniors

Site was immaculate well laid out and had some of the best sanitary facilities we have seen on our trip. Owner very helpful. Pitches were a good size but sloping and when we were there very muddy. Pitches up top were better but a bit of a climb to the lower amenities. Whoever said it was a nice stroll to the village obviously enjoyed mountain climbing. Street very narrow when arriving with a large caravan. Would I go back, sorry not for us we like to go for nice long walks and we felt pretty limited.

Travelling party: Seniors

Great little campsite by a trout fishing lake, friendly owners, incredibly quiet and peaceful, good sanitary facilities, short walk to pretty village, tall dense and well trimmed hedging between pitches, would definitely use again for a 1 or 2 night stop over.

Michael Street, on this campsite in August 2016

Travelling party: Couple

Lovely position by lake. Welcoming, hardworking Dutch owners. Clean and well-maintained. Stayed only one night en route but will bear it in mind for longer future stay.

Travelling party: Seniors

Well-run, attractive site by a lake; toilet facilities well heated and tended, interesting decor too!

M & F Mac, on this campsite in October 2015

Travelling party: Couple

Toilets very clean, pitch a reasonable size and very private as a result of high hedges. Train station about 30 minutes walk away with trains to Limoges.

Travelling party: Seniors

Very busy and good site. Facilities were very good, except electrics seemed to trip occasionally. Owners helpful and always working on the site. My wife says the bread from the bakery in the village was the best she has ever tasted. Very convenient site for stopover and close to motorway.

Anne Watkinson, on this campsite in September 2015

Travelling party: Seniors

Rather a narrow way in via a one way system, not marked as such so we were relieved not to meet anyone coming in the opposite direction. Good night halt especially as we had a hard standing for our motor home during a period of very heavy rain, there are only four and are back from the lake, we chose no mud rather than a lake view! However, the site seemed rather tatty and in spite of running the water in the showers for a good 10 minutes, all I got was very tepid water so had to make do with a shower in our motor home.

BandMK, on this campsite in September 2015

Travelling party: Couple

Lovely site in bucolic countryside, friendly hard working Dutch couple who also run the restaurant which serves great food from a simple but more than adequate menu. Small facilities block and spotlessly clean but oh dear tepid showers! Wifi paid for but practically worthless, drives you mad. Village a short walk away with a little shop and not much else. I would love to return but I am afraid cold showers and no wi fi means we won\'t be back.

Terry Bell, on this campsite in July 2015

Travelling party: Couple

Great little campsite in lovely surroundings next to a small lake. Pitches with views over lake. Stayed here on the way to South of France and on the way back. Quite close to A20 autoroute so ideal for stopover. Site owners very nice and welcoming, very helpful. Restaurant was excellent with great food. Will definitely stay here again.
