Really pleased we chose this site. The staff were very helpful and as this was our first visit to France it made it so much better that we will be returning to France again. Could not really find any negatives about the site.

Pleasant site with nice staff, just off the beach.
Excellent mixed modern toilets,no seats.
Lots of interesting places to visit by bus or ever car hire from the site at €20 a day.
Will definitely come again although you must book in the low season also.

Great site, some pitches a bit tight for larger vans. Toilets & showers excellent as was heated pool. Had intended to stay just 2 nights but in the end stayed for 8. Plenty of oysters & muscles available to collect from rocks. Village a short walk and Super U just down the road. Would definitely come again but think you must book in high season as was full for most of our stay.

What a great location for this delightful campsite. Right on the beach of clean golden sands and crystal clear water. Not overly large, but a site with a convivial and friendly atmosphere. Excellent toilet and shower facilities and a nice indoor swimming pool. The owner is very nice and accommodating and we enjoyed the nearby villages, each with their own harbours and marinas. A great site to relax.

An excellent location for a site - a beach over the hedge. Large pitches but tight access path, definitely need mover on caravan. Laurent and family made us welcome and were very helpful during the stay. English spoken. No far to Super U and town

Disappointed to say the least. Called to make a 2 night booking in our camper, drove 3 hours from Ile de Re and got there to find out they didn\'t have our booking and they were full. Poor customer service with no offer to discount the holiday homes they had free and I had to ask them for help to find somewhere else to go!!!! The lady we made the booking with on the phone was nice and helpful but apparently she didn\'t recall the conversation. What a joke!! I certainly would not recommend this site.

Everything about this site we love. The owners and staff couldn\'t be more friendly and helpful. Facilities first class. The indoor swimming pool is lovely and the sea a few steps away from your pitch. The snack bar is first class. We will definitely be back.

The weather on our run to this site had been pretty evil really and we were just pleased to be there despite reception being closed for lunch. However as we looked through the door it was opened and we were welcomed in and that set the tone for our stay on this extremely good site. We were given a choice of pitch which had both electric and water on the pitch (sandy) and free wifi was available too. The fact that we were within metres of the Atlantic at high tide made it a real joy. Although one or two nights were stormy the majority of the time (we ended up taking advantage of the 7 for 6 offer) the weather was fine.

The facilities were of a very high standard indeed and kept well cleaned. Despite being October the pool was still open and fine and there was weekend food available at the snack bar. The town of La Turballe was fine with a couple of supermarkets, adequate shops and cafes and places to eat. Plenty of things to do in the area - the coast is lovely the the salt marshes make for good bird watching opportunities as well as providing plenty of places to buy salt.

In the end the stand out features here were the location - great to walk less than 10 metres and get stunning sunsets on the coast - and the staff all of whom were extremely pleasant and helpful. We will definitely return here if we get the chance.

This site deserves to be classified as 5 star. The new toilet block is of such a high standard that it would put many top hotels to shame! The pitches are large and so close to the beach. Having the supermarket just up the road was a great asset and it was an easy walk into the town and along to the harbour. The covered pool was excellent and good to use when it rained. The staff had limited English but were always friendly and helpful. The site was still fairly busy even in early October and we would have no hesitation in going back there.

We stopped for a few days in June 14 and were so impressed that we had to return in September. having stayed for a month it was only the weather that made us decide to go south. Very handy for the shopping and town, nice large pitches with a tap on each pitch. Great for the Atlantic beach, fishing and watersports. Maybe one downside is that it is so popular that it can be difficult to find a vacancy.
