Travelling party: Couple

Luca and Christina could not be more welcoming and helpful. Terraced pitches are a good size, and a nice touch having individual plots with sun shades. The small pool is well maintained and clean. Good toilet/shower facilities, soap and toilet paper provided, and the washing machines are free to use. This site is very popular, and was fully occupied while we were there, I recommend calling ahead.

The owners could not be more welcoming and helpful. Terraced pitches are a good size, and a nice touch having individual plots with sun shades. The small pool is well maintained and clean. Good toilet/shower facilities, soap and toilet paper provided, and the washing machines are free to use. The camp site’s web site mentions a new restaurant but this is an error, there isn’t one. This site is very popular, and was fully occupied while we were there, I recommend calling ahead.

Very poor/ non existent internet making travel plans hard. Pool is 1.4m deep all over. Well laid out, each pitch has water, Ehu and a small area with a parasol. No shop, nearby shops need a bike ride.

Travelling party: Seniors

A well positioned camp site for access to Lucca by either bike or bus. The staff are exceptionally helpful and the toilet block is spotless. A terraced site with great views of the mountains from the top tier ( until a large motor home arrived on the pitch below!) Water and electricity on every pitch. Non ACSI prices are quite high but comparable to UK Sites. Nice small pool, welcome after a day in beautiful Lucca and a bike ride back.

great little find. stayed 3 nights. cycled to Lucca - easy and flat - 4km. got the train to Pisa and took the dog. only problem was the 2km walk to the train station was along the road. the site was wonderful and the staff so kind and friendly. each pitch has own water and electricity plus a little garden area with umbrella. the washing machines are free to use and there are even clothes airers to dry your clothes!! Will definitely be back if in the area.
