Een megagrote camping, maar daar merk je eigenlijk niet zo veel van. Er is een groot modern sanitair gebouw maar voor onze comfortplaats was het sanitair gebouw bij het zwembad dichterbij. Dit werd redelijk schoongemaakt, maar heeft wel duidelijk groot onderhoud nodig op divers terrein. Op onze plaats moet wel een keer ingrijpend worden gesnoeid want de waterafvoer was nauwelijks te vinden, dus ook hier: groot onderhoud!
De ontvangst is prettig zakelijk. We moesten vooraf betalen. Zwembadkaartjes zijn inbegrepen: fijn zwembad. Goede WiFi verbinding (inbegrepen).
In de ACSI-gids wordt de aanrijroute beschreven vanuit Kamperland en dat is maar goed ook. Wij kwamen vanaf de Veerse Gatdam en bereikten de camping via een zgn. “fietsstraat”. Dat gaat wel maar is lastiger dan via Kamperland. De meeste automobilisten hielden keurig rekening met fietsen, merkten we later als fietsers, behalve dan een groep Belgische motorrijders, die zéér intimiderend en verbaal agressief waren, zodanig dat ik me zelfs genoodzaakt voelde 112 te bellen. Een vrij liggend fietspad zou daar zeker geen overbodige luxe zijn. Een andere optie zou zijn om de weg sluiten voor alle gemotoriseerd verkeer omdat alles ook via Kamperland goed te bereiken is.

Park kan er wat netter uitzien. Instelling van sommige personeelsleden mocht wat proffesioneler zijn.

wij hebben maar twee nachten verbleven op deze camping . wij stonden op plek 666 ,dicht bij het toilet gebouw . het sanitair heeft al jaren geen gloor meer gezien . het was ouderwets en vies . mannen die geplast hadden moesten om lopen om de hanen te wassen . geen zeep bij de toiletten . ook de fietsen moest je maar tegen een hek zetten . personeel was erg vriendelijk .maar toch .... hier kom ik niet meer
