We stayed here for three nights at the end of April. The site was mainly empty, so we had plenty of room.
In season I guess the pitches are a bit small but the location is good and there is a good supermarket, bar and restaurant on site. other bars etc within ten minutes walk. Good beach access and a great paseo with cycle path to Aguadulce and Roquetas de Mar. Toilet and shower facilities are plentiful and very clean if a little dated. Good showers with plenty of hot water and good pressure

This is a very large campsite set out in rows but surprisingly it really suited us. Our pitch was not large but plenty big enough enabling us to sit and cook outside. it also had sun all day. Well stocked shop on site even in December and busy bar and restaurant. Best of all for us was easy access to a very nice beach and the cycle track. with easy cycling either way to the local towns where there were excellent tapas bars, restaurants and supermarkets. yes it was crowded but everyone was friendly. Not originally in our plans but we will definitely return.

We found this campsite met our expectations based on the available reviews and information online. The pitch was huge, the toilets/showers were ageing but spotlessly clean, the cycling along the coastal cycle track (10 miles to the south reaching deserted beaches after passing a number of package holiday hotels with associated bars and restaurants) was readily accessible.

The only information we can add is that a 20 minute walk up to the main road gives access to a number of frequent buses into Almeria (well worth a visit). An internet search engine shows the service numbers, the route, and the timetables.

we visited this site intending to stay several days to use the excellent coastal cycle path. The directed approach is very narrow with low hanging trees on one side and a stone wall on the other. IT SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS. the easiest approach is via Aguaducle. the site was virtually empty we were told to take up two pitches almost anywhere. the pitches are flat but the whole park appears scruffy and unkempt. the toilets are dated and unkempt.there are no hand dryers. we visited the bar an young man appeared spent several minutes calming a very noisy dog before serving us there was no one else in the bar. There are water points scattered around the park EHU in blocks of four centrally placed. A few pitches had green shades. back visitors gate leads onto a very dirty littered path which is used by dog walkers and which does eventually lead onto the coastal cycle path. we decided to leave after one night.

This is a huge site, great in May as there is hardly anyone here so we are allowed to park across 2 pitches. Wouldn’t like to be here in July and August. The toilet facilities are good and very clean. Pool not open yet. Close to the beach. you can walk along the beach to get to Aguadulce where there are some bars and restaurants. The bus stops to Almeria and Roquettas are about a kilometre away. I understand why there have been negative reviews but really it’s fine.

Not for us bit of a concrete block no views , nice beach short walk away we booked 2 nights but left after 1 food was nice in restaurant
