1. Has my CampingCard ACSI been sent yet?

Read more Do you have a subscription* or did you order CampingCard ACSI in the webshop before 11 November? Then your CampingCard ACSI has been sent! You will receive the new discount card with the accompanying guide at your home address before Christmas. ACSI has reached an agreement with the postal services which means we can say with a strong certainty that your CampingCard ACSI will be delivered before Christmas. Of course it is still possible that something unexpected can go wrong during the shipment and delivery. If you have not received anything from us by the end of December, please contact us in the new year.

* If we do not have valid payment details, then your CampingCard ACSI has not been sent. You received an e-mail from ACSI on 18 November asking you to arrange the payment for CampingCard ACSI 2017so that we could send you your discount card and accompanying guide. If you arranged the payment for the subscription for 2017 after 18 November, you will receive your CampingCard ACSI 2017 in the new year.

 

2. I received an e-mail telling me that my CampingCard ACSI is on its way. Can I still change my address details?

3. I received an e-mail telling me that my CampingCard ACSI is on its way, but actually I want to end my subscription.

Read more You can cancel your subscription every year before 1 October. On 1 October 2016, all subscriptions that were not cancelled were automatically extended by ACSI to 2017. You can cancel your subscription for 2018 before 1 October 2017 via the contact form. We will answer you as soon as possible.

 

4. I have not yet received my CampingCard ACSI.

Read more You have a subscription* or you ordered CampingCard ACSI in the webshop before 11 November, but you have not yet received CampingCard ACSI 2017 at your home address? Then please contact us via the contact form. We will contact you as soon as possible, via e-mail or phone.

* If we do not have valid payment details, then your CampingCard ACSI has not been sent. You received an e-mail from ACSI on 18 November asking you to arrange the payment for CampingCard ACSI 2017 so that we could send you your discount card and accompanying guide. If you arranged the payment for the subscription for 2017 after 18 November, you will receive your CampingCard ACSI 2017 as soon as possible in the new year.
